Hebei De'en Sealing Materials Co., Ltd. is a large-scale enterprise integrating professional production, sales and R&D. It currently employs more than 130 staff and serves as a director unit of the Professional Branch of Mechanical Seals and Packing Static Seals of China. Having passed strict inspections and examinations conducted by national authorities, the company has obtained the ISO9001:2008 International Quality Management System Certification and the Manufacturing License for Special Equipment (Pressure Pipeline Components) of the People's Republic of China.
The company is equipped with complete supporting equipment including large laser cutters, advanced automatic sealing gasket production lines, flexible graphite sheet and coil production lines, precision slitting machines, spectrum analyzers, and test benches for gasket compression, rebound and leakage rate. These facilities support full-process testing and standardized production procedures covering raw material processing to finished product manufacturing.
Adopting high-quality expanded graphite as the primary raw material, De'en specializes in manufacturing graphite products such as metal spiral wound gaskets, graphite composite gaskets, graphite packing and graphite coils, as well as mechanical sealing products including PTFE goods, asbestos rubber products, aramid fiber, carbon fiber and nickel-based packing, metal ring gaskets and stainless steel sealing parts. All products have passed one-time inspection at the National Center for Quality Supervision and Testing. After years of development, our products are widely applied in petroleum, petrochemical, new energy, iron and steel metallurgy, chemical, electric power, food, pharmaceutical, scientific research and other industries.

Our ServicesOur core product lineup includes: spiral wound gaskets in large-diameter, basic, inner & outer reinforced types, composed of (304 stainless steel + graphite/asbestos) or (316L stainless steel + PTFE). We also supply metal jacketed gaskets, serrated gaskets, wave-tooth composite gaskets, corrugated composite gaskets, high-strength graphite composite gaskets, graphite sheets, graphite packing rings and graphite packing. Our product range further covers PTFE, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and other related products, as well as formed stainless steel strips (specifications: 3.2, 4.5). We also fabricate and sell inner and outer rings made of 304 stainless steel and A3 carbon steel. -
Company History1. In 2019, the company expanded its product line continuously, adding production of serrated gaskets, wave-tooth composite gaskets, metal jacketed gaskets, formed stainless steel strips as well as inner and outer rings, and completed the full-range manufacturing capacity of both metallic and non-metallic sealing parts. 2. In December 2020, we completed the industrial and commercial modification of business scope, expanded the scope of processing and sales, added supporting sales of thermal insulation and fireproof materials, and extended the upstream and downstream supply chain. 3. Meanwhile, a quality inspection system was established. We initiated the application for ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification and purchased precision dimension testing equipment as well as material temperature and pressure resistance testing instruments, realizing full-process quality inspection covering incoming raw materials, production and finished products. -
